Families, artists and surfers are among those drawn to this peaceful neighborhood across from Ocean Beach. Rows of two-story stucco homes in pretty pastel shades add to the neighborhood’s charm, as do the small, locally-owned shops and eateries. While the Outer Sunset feels far removed from the city, it’s served by the N-Judah MUNI line, so getting downtown is a breeze.
